I have really been digging through my archives lately and came across these photos I took around this time last year. I was at Guernsey State Park, at the 'beach' and was so surprised to find these pretty little birds. Every time I would try to get a little closer to them, they would hop on down the beach, so I never did get a good shot. I think I will have to go back soon and try again with my new 300mm lens.
